Doesn’t everyone want their wedding to be the most beautiful and memorable day of their lives? Part of that is ensuring the bride and the whole bridal party look their absolutely best, not only in person but in photographs as well.

That’s why I recommend you hire a professional makeup artist. I have several years of experience working on weddings and use only the best of products on my brides to ensure a flawless and long wearing application that will last into the evening festivities.

I bring my mobile makeup services to your door, no matter where you’re getting ready. So sit back, relax and just enjoy being pampered. I’ll arrive with plenty of time to get the bride and the entire bridal party ready on time so there’s no added stress. It’s not every day you pamper yourself so I want you to enjoy it. Then before I pack up I do a quick check to make sure everyone is looking their best and I check in with the photographer to make sure everything is photographing perfectly. Every bride also gets a lip touch up kit so they can keep their lips looking perfect all-day long.

PHOTOGRAPHY MAKEUP

Photography makeup would include anything from headshots, boudoir, maternity shoots, fashion, editorial, grad photos, basically anything where you’re going to be in front of a camera and a whole lot of light! These days with high definition photography, not just any makeup will do; if it’s not applied correctly it can ruin your entire shoot.

I have worked with hundreds of clients and whether you’re looking for that “no makeup makeup” look, something super glamorous or anything in between, I will work closely with the team (model, stylist, photographer, hair stylist) to create the vision your.

I’m a mobile makeup artist so I always bring my services to you whether you’re getting ready at home or on set. I use high quality cosmetics made specifically for HD photography, that is sure to photograph beautifully whether it be outdoor lighting or studio lighting.

Every photography makeup application includes skin care prep, makeup application for the face and body (as needed), lashes and a touch up kit. I have full-service packages available in which I would remain on set for the entire shoot for any touch ups and look changes which can be very convenient especially for models trying to build their portfolios.

MAKEUP LESSONS

The world of cosmetics can be overwhelming for the average woman and believe it or not even for us makeup artists at times. With thousands of different products out there and hundreds of different shades and colors, shopping for the right products can feel nearly impossible.

I’ve been playing with makeup since I was about 2 years old and always thought every girl knew about makeup and how to apply it. But after encountering hundreds of clueless women over the years I realized I was wrong. So I decided to start makeup lessons to help the everyday woman learn more about this confusing subject.

In my classes you will learn the basics of skin care, what the different types of makeup are and their use, which type to choose for your skin type, tips on how to choose colors, the various makeup tools and how to care for them as well as some simple basics about makeup application that you can use everyday.

I offer a variety of different lessons from a simple one time lesson to more extensive makeup lessons over a period of a few classes. You can have personal on-on-one lessons or you can get a group of friends together. As I am a mobile makeup artist I always come to you or if you’d prefer you can come to my in-home studio. Most makeup lessons are about 2 hours long with the exception of group lessons, which typically go for 3-4 hours.

SPECIAL EVENTS

I’m sure you want to look your best for every special occasion from a wedding, graduation, monumental anniversaries or birthdays, a special girls night out, any event where you’re on stage in front of a crowd or for those “just because moments.” You might not realize it but there are special tricks and techniques to apply makeup in such a way so you photograph well, look flawless on stage or from a distance and to help make your makeup lasting.

I’m sure you’ll want photos and/or video of  any special occasion to share with friends and family so why not look your absolute best.

I am a fully mobile makeup artist and will bring my services to you in the comfort of your home or other location. I use only the highest quality products in my kit that will have your makeup looking flawless for hours. I also leave you with a touch up lip kit so you can reapply your lipstick at any time so you always look like you just stepped out of the dressing room.

I recommend you book a consultation prior to your special event so we can go over the look you hope to achieve and answer any questions you may have. I will do a full makeup application so we can see how the makeup lasts throughout the day, how it reacts on your skin and in photos. It’s not mandatory but I usually recommend it to my clients for the best outcome.
